| The System |
|
The system is run on a combination Rack system of Dell Servers &
Raid Systems and Macintosh X-Serve & Raid Systems.
Utilizing a High-Speed Backbone and our own DNS servers,
all calls are routed to the correct webserver. Individual Webservers
for the consumers modules and/or the Franchisee modules ensure a prompt
flow-through of information. The hi-speed, multi-processor SQL Database
servers operate 24-7 and the entire system is safeguarded with backup power supplies.
The Production computers are linked via PDAs
to the core units and update Job Status information in real time and make
the information available over the net.
